Keeping track of kindergarten data & managing report cards all at the same time can be a tricky thing. Keeping it cute and kid friendly can be even more difficult! This is my solution... these single sheet downloads are perfect for evaluating munchkin progress throughout the year. They are kid-friendly, cute as can be and contain all the information I need to address educational deficits each six weeks and meet with parents/administrators to discuss academic progress.
Inside each data folder I also maintain a list of high frequency words, letters, sounds, and numerals for assessing other basic skills.

I am getting your first six weeks page twice. The 2nd six weeks page doesn't come up the 2nd. It comes up the 1st again. I would love your complete set up wonderfulness :)
